Q. Is Truey.com Free?
A. Yes. It’s possible that we might offer a premium service someday that we will charge for but even if we do, the current services you use on Truey.com will remain free.

Q. Why do I have to spend points to add friends and be able to message people?
A. We do this so that only people who really think you’re interesting or want to talk to you can make email contact and call you their friend. This is contrast to SPAM which is unsolicited contact from people who perhaps have no interest in you other than selling you something.

Q. What is the difference between “points” and “rank”?
A. You gain points whenever you win in a game and you can spend these points to add friends so you can message them. Rank is a measure of the total number of points you have won compared to other players. Your rank is not effected by spending points.

Q. What do you do with my personal information?
A. We keep your personal email address and first and last name secret . Your email address is used to allow Truey to send you notifications for things like people commenting on your content and email messages sent to you. Your first and last name is stored so people searching on your name can find you. However, your real name is never exposed directly to the public.

Q. How do I add color, graphics, sound, etc to my profile?
A. Adding color, graphics, and sound to your profile page is easy and requires only a basic knowledge of HTML (the programming language used to create web pages on the Internet). Simply go to "Edit Profile" and enter the desired HTML coding where appropriate.If you do not know HTML, you can reach out and make a new friend by asking someone who has color, graphics, and/or sound on their Profile page how they did it. For example, ask Angeluk how he customized his profile.
